This Privacy Policy describes how PekPek, provided by MGODIN LLC, handles information in the app, associated websites, and support channels. PekPek is an adults-only service for people aged 18 or older.

- Account and profile data: email, user ID, display name, age or birth date, profile details, avatar, and authentication records.
- User content and communications: text, profile content, photos, audio, video, live-communication data, reports, and support messages.
- Commerce records: virtual credits, product, price, transaction state, and Google Play order identifier; PekPek does not receive your full payment-card number.
- Technical and activity data: app interactions, connection events, device or advertising identifiers, IP address, app and OS version, language, network, diagnostics, and crash information.
- Permission-based media: camera, microphone, and photos only when you activate a related feature and grant access.

Recipients

Information may be shown to other users when you choose to publish or communicate. It may be processed by cloud, communications, translation, analytics, moderation, support, security, and payment providers; by Google Play for billing; or by authorities and safety organizations where law or protection of users requires it.
MGODIN LLC does not sell personal and sensitive user data for money. Device identifiers may be shared only for disclosed, policy-compliant purposes.

PekPek requests runtime permissions when a selected feature needs them. You can revoke access in device settings. Collection outside reasonable user expectations requires a prominent in-app disclosure followed by a clear affirmative choice before collection begins.
Data lifecycle

We keep information only for the service, security, and legal purposes described here. A verified deletion request results in deletion or de-identification of account data, except for restricted records needed for fraud prevention, payment disputes, legal claims, or regulatory obligations. Backups may require additional time to cycle out.

Depending on local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or appeal. Identity verification may be required. PekPek does not knowingly permit users under 18.

We use transport encryption, access controls, monitoring, and organizational safeguards. Processing may occur internationally under lawful transfer safeguards. No online service is risk-free.
